Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping barcodes are completely covered.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
